within a close distance (30
metres) from the beach. It is located 24 km of the
centre of Thessaloniki and
15 Km of the airport. There is regular public
transport from the village to
Thessaloniki’s city centre.
The hotel features a ground floor where there is a
reception area, a bar and
place to serve breakfast to the clients, a first
floor, a second floor and a third
floor. On the first and the second floor there are 28
studios of different size
with their own bathrooms. The third floor is consisted
of a 120 square metres
flat with a view to the sea that was used by the owner
of the hotel as a
second dwelling. The flat is fully furnished. The
hotel was constructed in
1973, in line with legal regulations and procedures,
on a piece of land of
2.619 square metres. The third floor was constructed
later, in 2000 and it is
in a very good condition as renovation and
refurbishment have been carried
out since then. Acoustic rated glazing has been
installed in all the doors and
windows of the building. There are additional rooms
for storage and rooms to
be used by the personnel of the hotel.
A central heating system with radiators and solar hot
water collectors and a
water storage tank have been installed and are
operating. There is a petrol
boiler and two additional containers of 1000 and 500
litres capacity to be
used for hot water storage. There is one backup boiler
of 1000 litres
capacity and two backup boilers of 400 litres capacity
in the boiler room.
There is also a big 12 cm capacity storage water tank
in the back yard and a
well that supplies irrigation water. Additional water
heaters have been
installed in the 28 studios in case of solar
collectors’ and boilers’
malfunction.
The hotel is connected with the central biologic
cleaning system of the area
There is satellite TV and a projector in the bar area,
a modern elevator that can carry a load of 500 kg, security cameras and alarm
system. There is a parking area in the back yard with a secured entrance and a
remote control operating system. Big trees and a lot of green are placed around
the property. There is an extended part of the plot of land that can be a
buildable lot.
